Bimber Bourbon Cask #8 is a unique single cask malt from the promising new Bimber distillery in London. The whisky matured in American ex-bourbon cask #8 before being bottled on 6 May 2020 at 58.3%, imparting sweet, rich and fruity flavours to Bimber’s light and accessible spirit. The result is a rich, mature whisky with aromas of orange juice, papaya, coconut, vanilla buttercream, lemon juice and maple syrup on the nose. The palate has notes of tropical fruit, apple juice, orange peel and spicy charred oak, followed by a long finish with dry and spicy oak. Only 267 bottles of Bimber Bourbon Cask #8 have been released.
