Crafted locally from Fijian molasses, the rum is distilled using traditional methods before beginning its journey through Planteray’s signature double-ageing process: an initial tropical maturation in ex-bourbon casks in Fiji, followed by a second, slower refinement in French oak at the Maison Ferrand cellars in Southwest France.
