Glen, The Single Malt Shop – “Rich butter and spicy gingerbread on the nose, with a touch of marzipan, toffee apple and a soft grassy character, supported by sweet pastries and rye spice. Full bodied and rich on the palate, with white chocolate, vanilla pod and cookie dough character overlaying fresher garden herbs, leading to a finish of roasted fennel, creamy oak and rum and raisin ice cream.
