Our kelp seaweed is harvested from the pristine waters of the north island of New Zealand and dried naturally to preserve nutrients, then milled into powder and granules. Use as a seasoning, before, during or after cooking. Kelp adds body and salty, sweet umami flavour to soups, stews and gravies. Use it to replace regular table salt.
