A wild raspberry eau-de-vie, distilled in 2008 by the master Capovilla in his bain-marie stills just outside the town of Bassano. This exceptional alcohol expresses all the freshness of the fruit, revealing delicate notes of red fruits (raspberry and strawberry) as well as cedar.
