This Grappa alla Mandorla 50%, made with sweet almonds, has a natural, mild bitterness from the almonds but is counterbalanced by the addition of cherry brandy. Floral on the nose, it fully expresses marzipan and cherry on the palate, finishing with lemon meringue and spices.
