Very complex aromatics with acidic flavors of apple sauce that slowly evolve towards a more pastry register: hints of cocoa, chestnuts, preserves, spices, ginger. Then appear successively aromas of honey, flowers, vanilla, to finish on flavors of roasted coffee and toffee: a true wheel of flavors. Finish : The finish is long, warm, with notes of spices and licorice returning to cooked apples in butter.
