Description Tasting Notes Colour : Bright gold. Nose : Rich, powerful. Fruity (pineapple, mirabelle plum, pear), vanilla, beautifully herbaceous (green barley, white mint), gently spiced (cinnamon), and honeyed (acacia), the aromatic palette is remarkably fresh. Upon aeration, white chocolate, coconut, and almond milk spread throughout the atmosphere. Palate : Both delicate and creamy. Very slightly medicinal (ointment), the first tasting sequence is literally overtaken by waves of malted barley grains. Then, as it evolves, flavors of candied lemon, cane sugar, and ripe banana take it to both tangier and more indulgent registers. Finish : Long, refined. Covered by a fine layer of green licorice and refreshed by various aromatic herbs (verbena, sage), the tasting continues with flavors of Aix calissons, candied pear, and toasted bread. The finish is very pleasantly minty and vanilla-infused.
