Carrying over the spicy character from the nose, the flavor profile introduces a refreshing exotic dimension (pineapple, banana, kiwi). It then invites us to enjoy a delicious vanilla flan and fresh figs. Finish : Long, silky. Licorice-infused (verbena, rosemary), the flavor profile continues with maltier and rootier tones (ginger, gentian), adding more definition and consistency. Later, scents of white pepper, cinnamon, and green licorice escape from the empty glass.
