Barton’s flagship small-batch bourbon had an 8-year age statement up until 2013, when the age statement was removed altogether. In July 2019, the age statement returned with the introduction of 1792 12 Years Old. This bourbon matured for 12 years and is bottled at a higher proof (96.6) than the standard release. One batch of 1792 12 Years Old will be released each summer.
