Skellig Triple Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a limited release, combining malted and unmalted barley giving an enduring silkiness you expect in high quality single pot still from Ireland. Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. With a small amount briefly finished in a former peated cask to give it a little hint of smoke to showcase its Kerry coastal origins.
