Description Neem Seed Oil has been hand blended with Grape seed and Lavender Oils which contain essential amino acids and Vitamin E. These oils are excellent for hair and scalp making it feel soft and silky. Directions: Dampen hair, warm oil (if necessary) then massage oil into scalp and hair – average is 10-15mL.
