Description Tasting Notes Nose : Powerful, firm. It doesn’t reveal itself immediately, to say the least. Once introductions are made, it unveils delicate notes of peppery, salty agave. Gradually, it exudes the scents of mauve lilac and honeysuckle. With voluptuousness, the agave juice flows freely. Palate : Steel-like, deep. It shows an incredible freshness while also being highly disciplined. Every flavor is concentrated to the extreme. Thus, candied citrus, flowers (peony), spices (coriander, cinnamon, ginger), fleur de sel, and straw notes are rendered with rare precision. Finish : Long, silky. Uncompromising in its demand for authenticity, the papalome agave shines with presence. Tannic, it tightens the palate with lemon zest. Its minerality exhibits extreme tension. The retro-olfaction is vegetal and fruity (raspberry, strawberry).
