The freshly tarred gun deck of an old warship on the nose. Peat reek, peat oils, orange sweetness, clove & gristy malt. On the palate we have freshly baked apples all wrapped up in oily peat reek. Concentrated & tarry on the finish – beautifully and typically Laphroaig.
