It recognises your pet’s existing microchip or the Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag (sold separately), granting entry exclusively to authorised pets while preventing other animals from entering. This selective access enhances security and helps reduce territorial stress and scent marking. Designed for versatile installation, the cat flap can be fitted into doors, windows, or walls. For door installation, a hole size of 165mm (W) x 171mm (H) is required. It is suitable as a drop-in replacement for most standard cat flaps. The exterior measures 210mm (W) x 210mm (H) with a tunnel length of 70mm. For glass mounting, a circular hole of 212mm diameter is needed, and the SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Mounting Adapter (sold separately) accommodates holes between 212mm and 260mm diameter. This grey/white variation features a white main body with an anthracite-grey exterior frame and tunnel, designed to complement bi-coloured composite doors with a grey exterior and white interior finish. With a clean, minimalist design that does not require a mains connection, it blends seamlessly into most home décor. Battery powered (4 x AA, not included), it offers up to 12 months of operation with a low-battery LED indicator.
