Description Tasting Notes Colour : Bright gold Nose : Refined, full-bodied. On the first nose, a light peat covers the entire aromatic palette, also marked by saline notes and wildflowers. The whole is refreshed by lemony and malty scents. Gradually, cloves add some spice. Palate : Lively, dynamic. Continuing from the nose, the first taste is a melting pot of spices (cardamom, star anise), vanilla, chocolate, licorice, and vegetal flavors (verbena, oregano). Bucolic, the finish takes us into the heart of the Spey valley. Finish : Long, silky. Infused with an oily peat, the start of the finish is marked by sublime notes of smoldering Havana cigars. Becoming exotic (pineapple, kiwi), the gustatory palette is also wrapped in beeswax. The empty glass is intensely malty and smoky (smoke, tar).
